5 First Date Secrets
Taking a woman to dinner, acting overly nice, and being on your best behavior ever is NOT the best approach for a first date.
Don’t let that shock you.
While advice like that might be great for building friendships with people, dating is about something else altogether. By contrast, dating is about sparking a feeling of attraction in the woman you are with. And so if you wish to succeed, you’ll need to make a few changes.

These 5 first date secrets will help you make a fresh and positive impression:
1) Don’t Have Dinner
Drill this into your head. You need to ensure the first date is enjoyable and fun. You want to make it so she can’t stop thinking about you.
So do yourself and favor and choose a dating experience that has ‘fun’ already built into it. More often than not, heading out for dinner is a terrible idea for a first date. Because doing the typical ‘same old dinner date’ is far too predictable, you’ll face the added pressure of being treated like a ‘couple’ by the restaurant staff, and if it’s quiet there’ll be loads of uncomfortable silences too. There’s also a chance you’ll hate each other’s guts, and be forced to sit down together for a whole hour of unbearable punishment.
Hardly an enjoyable experience.
Get the idea of dinner out of your head and replace it something else. Arrange to go somewhere much more fun, like to a party with your friends or out to a busy coffee house.
2) Quit Buying “Gifts”
Definitely do NOT bring a gift of chocolates or flowers when meeting for the first date. It might seem harmless, but a gift subtly communicates you have low self-esteem, need to ‘buy’ her attention, and aren’t worthy of her time if you show up empty-handed.
Never do that again.
There is no need whatsoever to give her chocolates or flowers, because you have zero to prove to her. Simply show up ready to have fun and enjoy yourself.

3) Avoid Trying to “Impress”
Always keep in mind that you don’t need to impress the woman you’re with. It can be neatly summed up by a psychological principle called “The Law of Reversed Effect”. And all this means is that if you put yourself under a ton of pressure to impress a woman, you’ll probably screw things up.
To tell the truth, just be as relaxed as you can and stop putting pressure on yourself.
4) Don’t Be “Mr. Nice Guy”
Similar to the point made above, most guys try way too hard to earn a woman’s approval. They mostly try to “play it safe” by saying only what she want’s to hear, and not risking any comments that might cause offense.
Don’t ever do this.
Simply trying to “be nice” can seem really weak and feeble. Hardly very appealing to women. Demonstrate leadership and confidence, and she’ll be far more impressed with you.
5) End A First Date ‘Early’
Allow me to explain why you should end the date ‘early. Particularly if the first date has been a success. You want to make sure the date finishes at a point where she’s really having fun.
Why end the date ‘early’?
Well, by leaving ‘early’ she’ll be full of great feelings about the date, thinking about you and all the fun you had together, and she’ll be ultra keen to meet up with you again.
Take these tips, use them on your next first date, and enjoy the great results they bring!
