How I Found My Soulmate on Vacation

July 6th, 2009 by userama

I am in my late 60s and have been single for a long time; I have not been able to find anyone since I was in my 20s. I don't know if it's because I dont look nice, have a bad attitude or am just not very good and socialising.

The reason for feeling so on my own is simply because most of my fellow friends that I had are now married with children, most of them even have grandkids and when I think about what I have got its nothing really. Ok I may have nice things such as a house, but I have wasted to much time getting it that I have noone to share it with.

One of my close friends told me to take a break, I havent had a real break for years. I walked to my local travel agents and they showed me a choice of Bali spa holidays. One caught my eye and I decided to take the plunge, after all I had never been on that kind of trip before.

When I arrived the hotel was like heaven. It was probably the third day into the trip when I visited the sauna, as soon as I walked in an amazing lady caught my eye. Cutting a long story short, we got chatting and shared the rest of the holiday together. When we returned back to our homes, we constantly talked on the phone and eventually decided to tie the knot. A few years down the line and we are still very much happily married. Going to spa hotels is something I now regularly do as a couple.
